Terms Of Sale

All books are complete and in good condition if not described differently. The prices are quoted in EUROS, VAT (7%) is included. Return policy: If the books are in the condition as sold every purchase can be returned within 10 days on receipt for any reason or with a special agreement. The invoices are to be paid on receipt, sales to unknown customers with payment in advance. Visa and Eurocard / Mastercard are accepted. Deliveries are made at purchaser?s costs and risk. The books remain in our property until the full amount has been paid. Place of jurisdiction for both parts is Waiblingen. All disputes are subject to German law.
